Under Section 21 of the POSH Act, the Internal Committee (IC) must prepare an annual report each calendar year and submit it to the employer and the District Officer.
The report records the number of sexual harassment complaints received during the year, the number disposed of, and the cases pending for more than 90 days. It also records the workshops or awareness programmes conducted and the nature of action taken.
Treat the report as a year-round record, not a year-end scramble. Keep complaint registers, inquiry timelines and training attendance up to date so the report becomes a simple summary.
Aadhunik Drona helps organisations set up these records and prepare the report in the correct format.
